One day in 2007 I received a message from Scott. He wanted me to email a picture of my left foot flat on the floor, taken from the right side. No explanation, just a simple request. After several attempts I was able to capture an acceptable image and waited in anticipation to see what he would do with the picture. I was delighted with his “Soles United” photoshop creation using our nicknames from when we first met!

He could make me smile like none other. He reached the places in me that I did not know existed.
